The schedule is here to help, but feel free to adjust as it fits your content style and timeline. Just aim to post by the key dates if possible.

Can I create my own content instead of using the graphics?
Absolutely. We love original content. The provided graphics are optional tools to make sharing easier if you need them.

What if I have questions or need support?

Can I collaborate with other creators involved?
Yes, and we encourage it. This is a community and you’re welcome to build connections as part of the fun.

How many posts or stories are required?
This has been outlined in your individual contracts and in your welcome email. If you need a new copy we’re happy to send one.

Is there specific wording or hashtags I should use?
We ask that you use the hashtags #AlwaysBookedEvents and #CourtofVillainsBall in your promo posts. Also, please include the name of the event, date (October 17), and location (Dallas,TX). We ask that you have a call to action as well. Aside from that, feel free to make it your own!

What should I tell people about ticket sales (how, when, where to buy)?

Do I get early access to the venue or behind-the-scenes content opportunities?
Yes! We’ll have our photographer and videography on site an hour early to capture professional content for each creator and cosplayer.
