This event is strictly for individuals who had tickets to the balls as a guest, vendor or author. Please bring proof of purchase of your Dreamers and Readers Ticket. We wish we could open this up to everyone, but we are honoring the original ticket holders and the limitations of our venue.

While we would love nothing more than to host every single person ever, our venue capacity is 300.
Registration is required and is on a first come first serve basis.
What to Expect at the Ball
We are volunteering to make this happen.
This ball is being planned in just two weeks by a community that stepped up without hesitation. We have volunteers, partners, and supporters who believe in making sure this night still exists for you. We graciously ask you for patience.
It may not be our typical over-the-top event. But it will be intentional, welcoming, and rooted in community.
And honestly? That’s what makes a ball magical anyway.

Is there a cost for attendees?

There will be no cost to enter for those who had tickets to the Dreamers & Readers Festival. At this time we are prioritizing those who have been displaced by the canceled event and is not open to the public.

I wasn’t going to Dreamers & Readers, can I come to this event anyway?

Our system will allow you to register up to two people at once.

I only bought tickets to the expo, can I come to the ball?
At this time the ball is meant to be for those who were attending a ball at the D&R festival. We’d encourage you to find other events being hosted this weekend!
I was an attending vendor or author, can I still come to the ball?

Yes! As vendors ourselves, we know you had ball tickets to D&R. We would love to have you.

Thank you for volunteering! At this time we are prioritizing those who were paying attendees, vendors or authors. We will post if we are in need of volunteers.
Can I be a model in the fashion show?

Right now we have all the models we need for the fashion show, but everyone in attendance will be able to walk the runway in whatever gowns they wear.

We are working with local vendors and businesses to provide appetizers and a cash bar. However, this is not guaranteed. We will be updating our event page as soon as we have things finalized.
How can I help?

We are so overwhelmed by the amount of you offering your assistance. If you’d like to help, please email us at alwaysbookedllc@gmail.com or slide into our Instagram DMs. What we need help with most are businesses willing to donate resources to the ball.
The venue has a parking lot that can hold 200 cars. The hotel next door may be a viable option as well, we are finalizing those details. We encourage ubering as much as possible, especially if you plan to drink.

We would love to have vendors and authors in attendance as guests. Due to space restraints, we won’t be able to have a large number of vendors to sell merchandise. We do have a small amount of space for vendors who offer a service (like our permanent jewelry from Forged & Fated who will be in attendance).
Because this evening is just for our Dreamers & Readers Ball attendees, you’ll need to have your original Dreamers & Readers ticket confirmation number ready at checkout when you register for the Get Booked Ball. It will be required to register. On March 7, please bring proof of your Dreamers & Readers ticket along with your Get Booked Ball registration, as both will be checked at the door.
