Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Always Booked merch. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

To start a return or exchange, please email alwaysbookedllc@gmail.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Always Booked is not responsible for lost or missing return packages.

Eligible Items

Items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In original condition
• Returned within 30 days of delivery

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned in their original condition with no signs of wear, washing, staining, pet hair, odors, or damage. Always Booked reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of use or do not meet these conditions.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item or size is no longer available, a refund will be issued instead once the returned item is received and approved.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Limited edition or event merchandise
• Items marked final sale at checkout

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at alwaysbookedllc@gmail.com with photos and your order number so we can make it right.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Always Booked is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Always Booked is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Always Booked reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates and may be impacted by carrier delays outside of our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey to you.

Delivery Confirmation

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Always Booked considers the order fulfilled. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
